Argh. So close, yet so far...

Could have been such a different story if Daniela took those set points. But i think, in all fairness, Elena played those points well. Very dissapointing service game from Daniela though. Throwing in those 2 doubles! Hmph.

Almost the same thing that happened against King. Dementieva won't be as merciful, though. Elena much more solid and daniela making UEs all over the place, no serve whatsoever...

I am so disappointed with her performance so far in the first set. She just can't hold serve and keep throwing UE everywhere. No chance for her in this match with this kind of performance.

And that is the difference between a solid player and daniela... When under pressure she just started smacking the ball and making questionable decisions...
