I like the way she finished the match, 4 points in a row. When was the last time we saw that??? Besides, this match shows her fighting spirit has improved. She was down in both last two sets but fought back. Well done, Dani.

Kerber was always going to be trouble. Nasty lefty serve and big flat groundstrokes that can expose Daniela's relative lack of mobility. Good to see her fighting spirit intact and that she finally prevailed.

Too bad she faces Jankovic next-can't really see her winning that one.
