Should Slovak be addressed as "Slovakia" or "Slovak Republic"?

The official, full-length name is 'Slovak Republic' (like 'Czech Republic'). Slovakia is just a shorter version.

That's a shame knowing Daniela lost head to head twice in a row. I like Dominika Cibulkova, as I think the rest of us do, too, so I don't mind her as captain, but Daniela is certainly my favorite player.

Slovakia will play its Fed Cup play-off match against France (April 25/26, 2009) on clay in Limoges, 400 km south from Paris. The match will take place in a hall for 4240 spectators, Slovak Tennis Association announced Tuesday.
