she makes Sugiyma run all around the court and then hits an unreachable winner.
5-0 so far

Common! Don't drop your level.

Wow Daniela's hitting the ball great. Shame about the rain delay.

good to read. Unfortunately I can't get the live stream to work because it is windows media player, and my codecs are giving me problems with windows media player. So any comments are really appreciated. And the girl in me wants to know what she is wearing.

yeah, so good to hear. She's finding her form just in time. Hope she can finish it off. Wozniacki is already through, 64 61 against Sfar. Had a lot of trouble holding serve in the first set, so I think this is good for Danka who returns well

Daniela plays simply brilliantly!

And most important: She tries to win ralleys which she would have given up a few weeks ago.
So maybe she trusts her health again. :)

I just woke up and I am surprised this is still going on. It should have started around 7 am, no?
Rain has come at the worst moment.

i have my doubts if they will continue this match today...

I am watching cycling and it's pouring with rain. Hopefully Daniela's momentum won't be disrupted by this, although the chance is rather high that it will.

Such a shame that rain delay.

But nevertheless, great start for Daniela in the Olympic tournament. That score is more, than I ever expeted. Seems like she had a good practice in Spain.

Yup, national colours. Always nice to see a spark of patriotism imo.
