Daniela also had to play on small courts for the first couple of rounds in 2011 and she had a late start on an outside court against Erakovic which she won fairly easily. One good thing is that she's had an extra day to recuperate and prepare so she should be fresh but still have the Birmingham momentum. |

Will anyone be actually at Wimbledon today? I'm going on Thursday so would be lovely if Daniela gets through today so I can watch her again live. Court 4 has quite a lot of people walking around nearby so Daniela must focus and not get distracted. I'm hoping the weather stays relatively hot right through the day to the evening as the hotter the weather the better for Daniela. The outside courts are pretty quick, some say quicker than court 2 or 3 which should help Daniela too. Vamos Daniela. Give it everything and break this horrible run of 1st round losses at Slams. |

Kirilenko's free to concentrate on being Daniela's doubles partner after getting a doing from Robson. It shows what a good win it was by Daniela against Robson in Birmingham. Seppi & Istomin have just gone to a fifth set and that's only the second match on court 4. |

Cibulkova just finished the last match on court 14! They should move Daniela there. at least we would have a stream |

Well, Daniela played fine then, but Robson was ABYSMAL, most of her balls went out. She was, apparently, very good against Kirilenko. I'm a bit surprised Vekic got knocked out in such an easy manner. |

Johnson and Reynolds have just taken 20 mins to do 4 games. I surrender.. Centre and court 1 are free...one will go to lisicki match...the other?? They've put Lisicki on court 1. One set all with Johnson and Reynolds..nothing yet about Daniela's match...why does this always happen year after year. It's like they've forgotten about this match or something, so many options to get this match started and they still choose to wait and see what happens on court 4, it's fucking ridiculous. There's about an hour and a half of good light left. They've even put doubles matches on as priority. I fucking hate Wimbledon. Beck's close to winning against Bratchikova so she'll be snug in the clubhouse.. Court 18 is now available.. |

Yeah, Pironkova just thrashed Anastasia Alphabet. So 18 and Centre Court are open, though I imagine there's some traditional protocol about not adding matches there. Even after Birmingham, it's still not easy to root for Daniela! Now Court 12 is open. |
