Daniela's back must be killing her from carrying Aga through that match. On to Stanford and a great US hardcourt season. She's got virtually nothing to defend so I'm expecting big things.

Radwanska served poorly.

Daniela seemed in good spirits though.

Cool when they all walk off court all in white and all with the Wimbledon towels around their necks. ;)

Shame. Neither girl played that well, and Aga's serving was not up to standard. Still, you could see what a good team they could potentially be. OTOH Mirza played really well, and deserved the victory.

Disappointing. Mirza and Vesnina played well and Mirza's forehand was very effective. Agnieszka wasn't at her best but you win as a team and you lose as a team. They've had their best results on the North American hardcourts and that's coming up so I think they can do very well in the summer.

On to Stanford. Daniela only has San Diego, US Open and Bali points to defend between now and Pattaya so she has a great chance to go up the ranking.

Daniela Hantuchova is right about everything.

Azarenka and Paszek are now playing the last remaining QF on Centre Court.

Austrian TV channel ORF1 HD spontaniously changed its prime time schedule and is showing the match.
This is the first time I'm watching a Grand Slam match on TV in HD, and probably the first and last time I get to see a match from Wimbledon 2011 on TV. Thanks, Austrian TV 8-)

German TV sucks regarding tennis
Wimbledon is only available on Sky. Arghhh.

The three players who have beaten Daniela on grass this year are all in the Wimbledon semi-finals.

Well noticed, Daniela could definitely have beaten Azarenka if she had been 100%

I was at the Wimbledon semis today. Can't believe sharapova has made the final with the serve. Kvitova should win if she thinks clearly.

Centre court is incredible but the standard of those semis was just ok as sharapova, lisicki and azarenka just have no variety in their games so it was either winner/ error and lots of short points. Kvitova has a fantastic game though.

cant believe you like kvitova s game! she killed womens tennis...there is no beauty anymore...she hits the ball as hard as she can and prays for a winner...i know williams sisters play the same, but kvitova sometimes reminds me a machine...really hope masha could be more agressive a win a title again :)
