I'm disappointed at her lack of commitment to world peace, I thought that was an essential qualification of being a beauty queen.

I also saw that there were about ten of them that had no votes at all so I though about voting for them but then I thought that if they can't even be bothered to vote for themselves then why should I vote for them so I voted for Hannah again.

Not Southend. Southend is lacking any cuisine more haute than fish/chips/glutenous MSG Chinese schlock. And if you’re not near the big 24 hour Tesco or the big 24 hour Asda, you’ll struggle with the pop past closing.

I’m only reporting what I know, clearly.

Actually, the more I look into the eateries of Southend, the more varied and gastronomic does it become. I may go on a food holiday there, such is the wide range of choice available to the seasoned diner.

And you can buy fags and Coke at any time of the day and night!

The thing about the Tescos and Asda is correct, as the Tescos is on the a127 leading out of Southend and Asda is in Shoebury which is the complete opposite side of town, again on the way out of Southend, but I still think the second quote is more of an apt description of Southend :)

How did Hannah actually do? Someone called Pascal Craymer won and she didn't even come in the top 2 of the internet voting. Genuinely disgraceful and an outrage.

Completely forgot about this. Unfortunately the internet voting on decided who made it through to the final, which obviously Hannah did get through to after coming top of the votes, but she didn't make the top three in the final, but from what I remember Hannah really enjoyed the whole experience and was very grateful for all the people that backed her on the online vote :)
