Hmm, daniela shouldn't have taken a break, she was doing well, she doesn't need to break her rhythm

Couldn't agree more...

She does it all the time and it drives me nuts!

Looking ahead, I presume she'll play Fed Cup (yawn) and then off to defend her title in Pattaya. 7 wins to 3 losses at the beginning of the year is pretty good. So nice start to the year Daniela. ;) Doesn't she have to play Fed Cup in order to be selected for Olympics? Or is that just a US thing. A...

One of you guys even said that last night's announcers clearly didn't want to see her win. There's a ton of jerks in pro sports that deserve to get ripped all the time. Actually the announcers on my stream were very complimentary of Dani. Never questioned her ability just kept saying that she hasn'...

I eat my words...thankfully. Nice job turning this around. Not sure what the explanation is for her poor play thus far, but still into round 3. Next match should be on Laver or Hisense which hopefully Daniela will bring her A game to.

She seems to be very tentative. I don't see her turning this around. Hopefully I eat my words.

Really hurrendous...21 unforced errors..
Can you tell me how shes playing right now..is she dictate the rallies.? 0_0 ?

Not really. She can, but she is often prone to make an EU or just get forced by the pace of the other girl.

She is really struggling. Has no rhythm whatsoever.

[quote="eddy"]PHEW. Well thank goodness she was able to turn it around. Daniela fitness really helped in the last set. I was so worried 0-2 down in the 3rd set but Lepchenko really wilted. The only thing that was pretty in that match was Daniela's dress. (apart from the amazing back-hand d...

Wozniacki wasn't about to let it go though, winning six games in a row to escape with a 75 26 64 victory. "She was hammering the ball. I was just standing there and trying to figure out what to do," Wozniacki commented. "I felt like everything I tried to do wasn't working and I was ma...

Since we were denied the pleasure of seeing Daniela thrash Serena, at least we got a crumb thrown our way. After her match and before the withdrawal, Serena stated: "If my movement's not right it's going to be difficult. Daniela'a a good player." I'll stand corrected on this, but I do bel...

Every court at Indian Wells has Hawkeye, so I don't see why the US Open can't have that, that's another disadvantage about an outside court, plus the line judges and umpire won't be top notch. With Hawkeye, Daniela would have had the chance to challenge dodgy calls and get them overturned or at lea...
