She played very well this match. Ok not at the beggining 0-4 but after that it was good. I'm afraid I can't agree with you Pyro. Although I just saw the second set. I was really disappointed by her performance. There were only few good balls IMO. The rest have been just too many UEs. Although I hav...

Tournament was great. I was there for two days, wednesday and thursday. I have quite become a fan of Yanina Wickmayer. She plays really great tennis at the moment. I was also watching Niculescu and Dulgheru. Now I understand, why Daniela lost to Dulgheru in Warsaw. She has a very good game. Maybe Ra...

I wouldn't mind, if she Daniela is back at Sanchez Casal.
IMO she played her best tennis when she was working with the academy.

I just had a look.

I think it has to be in Doha 2007 against Castano when Daniela only lost 1 game in match.

The entry list turned out to be a nightmare.

3 out of 4 players who announced to play in Linz and I wanted to see withdrew.

First Dulko and Dominika and today with Daniela the last and worst news.

Draw is out.
Daniela withdrew due to a backinjury

So I'm not gonna see Daniela :(

That must have been close. Good to see that Daniela managed to come back after the first set. Also good fight in the third with a break down.

The only good thing is now, Daniela has enough time to recover and get ready for Linz next week. I'm already looking forward to watching her live. :D

Didn't see the match and so I can't say anything about the performance itselfe, but when looking at the draw now, it is another missed opportunity to make a good run.

Good win to start into a tournament. Hopefully Daniela can show us another good performance against Radwanska.

BTW also Safina lost her second round match.

Not a bad draw. But you can never know what Daniela is doing.
Often she shows better results with tough draws.

That is really frustrating. Such a great chance to taking the first title of the year and then a bad loss once again. I don't know what was going with Daniela when she threw away that lead in the first set. If she took that one, I'm sure Daniela would have one in straight sets. IMO oppinion there is...

That result looks really good.
Hope Daniela can continue like that. The draw is looks good for the next rounds IMO.
Could be really an opportunity to get the first title this year.
